New dates for AI4Good Hackathon

Hello All,

We are happy to report that we resolved the technical issues we faced with AWS accounts created for the hackathon. The new dates for the hackathon are November 3 to 5.  We hope to see most of you at the hackathon. You will need to re-register for the hackathon. The new DevPost site for the hackathon is below.

The problem use cases, rules, judging, and all other aspects of the hackathon remain the same.
